Founded in 2002, Chenault and Gray Publishing is located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Chenault and Gray is committed to bringing a fresh approach to publishing by exploring a greater relationship between writer, editor and publisher. Extensive experience, gained through the close collaboration with several veteran and novice writers, has given us a greater insight into the publishing arena. It is the express desire of Chenault and Gray to create a working atmosphere between both writer and publisher.

Publishing is a science, one where writing and editing are tightly bound to format and layout. Writing, whether general fiction, fantasy literature, poetry or children's books, is an art where editing and presentation can be as important as the writing itself. It is with this in mind that Chenault and Gray explores a closer relationship between all parties and commits itself to maintaining close contact and enlisting the input of creators at all levels. The form a project takes should be one that satisfies all parties concerned with each aspect enhancing the other.

Chenault and Gray publishes general fiction which explores both the human condition and the society within which we all live. We also accept science fiction & fantasy literature which deals closely with our mythological landscapes or our societies' present or future condition. We are also willing to consider works which include history, anthropology, sociology, poetry and philosophy.
